المرصد العربي لحقوق الإنسان يشيد بموافقة مجلس الوزراء السعودي على “نظام الأحوال الشخصية”
أشاد المرصد العربي لحقوق الإنسان بموافقة مجلس الوزراء السعودي على “نظام الأحوال الشخصية”، مؤكدا أن هذا النظام يمثل نقلة نوعية، تتماشى مع جهود المملكة العربية السعودية في حماية حقوق الإنسان وتمكين المرأة واستقرار الأسرة التي هي أساس المجتمع.
وثمن المرصد العربي لحقوق الإنسان جهود خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وسمو ولي عهده الأمين صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان -حفظهما الله- لإرساء قواعد حقوق الإنسان وتقديم كل ما من شأنه تحقيق رفاهية الشعب السعودي واستقرار نسيجه المجتمعي .
وأكد المرصد العربي لحقوق الإنسان أن استحداث نظام خاص بالأحوال الشخصية بالسعودية يعكس حرص والتزام القيادة في المملكة بنهج التطوير والإصلاح أخذاً بأحدث التوجهات القانونية والممارسات القضائية الدولية الحديثة، مشيرا إلى أن نظام الأحوال الشخصية يُشكل نقلة نوعية كبرى في جهود صون وحماية حقوق الإنسان واستقرار الأسرة وتمكين المرأة وتعزيز الحقوق في المملكة .

The Arab Observatory for Human Rights commends the approval of the “Personal Status System” by the Saudi Cabinet
And affirms that it represents a qualitative addition to
the KSA’s Human Rights file:
The Arab Observatory for Human Rights (AOHR) commended the approval by the Saudi Cabinet of the “personal status system”, and affirmed that this system represents a paradigm shift, in line with the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to protect human rights, empower women and stabilize the family which is the foundation of society.
The AOHR has paid tribute to the efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, to establish human rights norms and to provide for the well-being of the Saudi people and the stability of their social fabric.
The AOHR emphasized that the introduction of a personal status system in the KSA reflects the interest and commitment of the Saudi leadership to the development and reform approach, taking into account the latest legal guidelines and recent international judicial practices; and noted that the personal status system represents a major qualitative leap in the efforts to safeguard and protect human rights, the stability of the family, the empowerment of women and the promotion of rights in the KSA.
